Qi’ao Island

One of the 10 major islands of Zhuhai, located at the inner west side of the Pearl River Estuary and covering an area of 15.92 km2, Qi’ao Island is connected to Tangjiawan on land by Qi’ao Bridge. In the north of the island is a mangrove wetland ecological park. The historical sites include the remains of sand dunes dated 4,000 years ago, the Ancestral Temple of the Song Dynasty, the Wenchang Palace of the Qing Dynasty, the site of resistance to British aggression in 1833, and Su Zhaozheng Former Residence.

Traffic: Take Bus No. 3, 10, 68 or 69 to arrive at Tangjia Stop and transfer to Bus No. 85.
