Statue of Fisher Girl
——Zhuhai Urban Landmark Sculpture
The Statue of Fisher Girl is the symbol of Zhuhai City. Situated at Xianglu Bay in the eastern downtown area, the Fisher Girl holds a pearl in her hands and presents the treasure to mankind, manifesting brightness to the world. The Statue is a masterpiece of Mr. Pan He, China’s renowned sculptor. Built in 1982, it is made of 10 tons of granite materials in 70 pieces, with a height of 8.7 m.
